Can I make changes to my order?
Please note that we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has reached the fulfillment stage. Orders are processed hourly Monday - Friday.

If your order was shipped via UPS (not UPS Mail Innovations), FedEx, or DHL, then single errors like incorrect zip-code, state, or city will usually be corrected automatically by their address verification system. UPS Mail Innovations and USPS shipments are primarily routed via zip-code, so an incorrect zip-code can easily prevent these shipments from being delivered in a timely fashion.

If your order was shipped to a completely different address (such as an old address or your billing address) and it will likely be delivered, then we will need confirmation that the order is being returned to us before we can re-ship your order. There's a discount listed on the website, but I don't see the discount in my shopping cart. How can I receive this discount before it expires?

Discounts can be applied to your order in two ways:
      Coupon code or promotional code
      To receive these discounts, the appropriate coupon or promotional code must be entered during checkout. The coupon code will either be located in same image that the discount is advertised in, or it will be located in the e-mail or promotional materials you received.
      If you signed up for our newsletter, you will receive your discount via coupon code. Please allow a full seven to fourteen days to elapse before contacting us regarding your e-mail newsletter discount, as our newsletter coupon codes are sent out on a weekly basis.
      If the coupon code you have is not working, please make sure that the coupon code has not expired and is formatted correctly with no spaces before, inside, or after it. Coupon codes are case-sensitive. Once you've entered the coupon code, make sure to click "Apply". Pressing the "Enter" key will not achieve the same result.
